I give myself a permission slip to relax on my day off on the couch with a movie.. or two or three! I am a single mother who works two jobs and goes to school… so I need to remember to take a break more often!!!

I give myself permission to relax and be lazy. I’m always worried about wasting time if I’m not productive and busy. Sometimes, I have to remind myself that taking a break from the NY mentality and chaos, is the most productive thing to do.
