I’m giving myself permission to slip today because I deserve it. I need some me time, and with two teen daughters and a tween son that doesn’t come often.

I give myself permission to relax and be lazy. I’m always worried about wasting time if I’m not productive and busy. Sometimes, I have to remind myself that taking a break from the NY mentality and chaos, is the most productive thing to do.

I give myself permission to indulge in all the Thanksgiving comfort food without an ounce of guilt, and certainly won’t expect myself to go to the gym the next day.
