A question from a reader:
I recently met what I thought was a nice and charming guy. He called me and texted me throughout the day with the cute little messages “just thinking about you” and “just wanted to see how your day was going”–all that good stuff. He always has time for me and didn’t think twice about taking me out and spending money on me. I thought everything was going good and so one night things got a little steamy and we ended up sleeping together. I am on birth control, and we used a condom, but the condom BROKE. I didn’t feel anything and he claims to not have either. We just kinda decided that accidents happen and didn’t freak out about it—UNTIL the next morning he was acting a little funny and when I asked him about it he just shook it off and said he had a lot on his mind. He finally sat me down around an hour later and said “We need to talk about something”. He looked really worried which make me freak out silently. He proceeded to tell me that he has herpes and had put me at risk for the virus that previous night. I freaked out and left after hearing his lame reasons for not telling me sooner and cried the whole way home. I have made an appointment to get tested and now it’s just a waiting game I suppose, but my question to you is — How do I jump back from something like this? Obviously I know to never put myself into a situation like this again but I mean what do I do? And by the way, I’m never talking to this creep again! But for now, I’m mad at myself, mad at him, disgusted with my body and the decisions I made that night. How do I stop obsessing with what could be and focus on the here and now? I have been crying and depressed all the time. I’m scared of the results coming back positive and just scared of what my next step is going to be. Whether the results are positive or negative I feel like something needs to change. I need to do something to ensure I am never in this situation again.

I was so loquacious I ran out of time, and my video ended on such a terrible note! I will learn to talk less and use less “umms”. Until then, I hope that my video proves helpful to you, my Crazy Girl.

To Scared Crazy Girl,
I’m sorry to read about your predicament and I hope all goes well. I know it’s easy for me to say you shouldn’t worry, but it seems to me there’s probably a good chance you’re not infected. After all, you only had intercourse with this man once while using a condom, and though it broke, neither of you could feel his sperm.
There is a natural health doctor named Dr Schulze that has information on his website on what you should do to treat various ailments. The website is Herbdoc.com. For herpes simplex, he says you should use his anti-infection formula (which is available though his website) and consume raw garlic daily. You chop up each clove of garlic into very small pieces and then swallow a few of the pieces at a time—there’s no chewing, so the experience is very much like swallowing a capsule. In one of his books, he said people with serious illnesses should take 3 cloves of garlic daily. Take the garlic cloves at night before bedtime to minimize any odor during the next day. Also buy one of his products called Fresh Breath Plus that will mask any remaining garlic odor coming from your mouth during the day. For herpes zoster, he says you should use his nerve formula, anti-infection formula and Super Food Plus.
Dr Schulze also has designed a protocol called the “Incurables Program” that he says can heal you of virtually any disease even after medical doctors have said there is no cure. You can find the steps in the Incurables Program below: http://curezone.com/schulze/handbook/TNIP.asp. Even people who don’t have any illness should use the products Dr Schulze has to cleanse the body of toxins that accumulate in them from the modern western lifestyle and environment. These are his bowel, liver and kidney detox products. He also recommends everyone should take garlic daily for preventative care, whether they are sick or not—I think a person who is not sick can take 1 – 2 cloves daily. If you’re just taking 1 garlic clove each night, you won’t experience any oral garlic odor during the day, so don’t bother buying Fresh Breath Plus in that case.
Don’t be scared off by people who may tell you that all natural healing practitioners are scam-artists. I have used Dr Schulze’s products to successfully treat a condition I’ve had since childhood, so I am sure the products and program I’ve listed above will work. I actually ordered the products for a preventative bowel and kidney detox just yesterday. It costs about $140 (plus shipping) for one person, which isn’t cheap, but it’s a good investment. With 1 in 3 Americans projected to get cancer in their lifetime, I figure I pay now to reduce my risk of having to pay later. Lastly, there is a sub-section on the message board on CureZone.com that is for users of Dr Schulze products. Go there to ask people questions. I wish you all the best.
